First, as many reviews mention, the premise is that the male actor is obsessed with her face, so he keeps touching her head and face constantly. I don't mind it much, but it felt intrusive at times, and it's definitely a factor that lowers the rating for many people. I don't understand why they felt the need to take such a risk. Second, she calls the viewer 'ojisan' (old man). If you're not used to that or don't like it, it might be a turn-off. Third, all the dialogue is in standard Japanese. If you were hoping for Kansai dialect, you'll be disappointed. If you've considered all that and still want to watch, I highly recommend it. She's truly adorable. I'd love a Kansai dialect version (even better if it's a nympho theme).
