I don't think this is a work of art at all. It's beyond the realm of being incomprehensible. There are people who blather about videos that normal people can't understand, acting as if they've grasped some deep meaning and calling it a 'masterpiece,' and this is likely just a flash-in-the-pan product hyped up by such types as a prank. Katsuyuki Hirano is a person whose human development process has gone awry somewhere, and he lacks the essential parts that form a human being.
