I'm a bit late to the party, but I've gotten really into Yuka Osawa, so I rented this. Maybe that's why, but I found it genuinely entertaining. It feels a bit weird to call an AV 'good' or 'interesting,' but there it is. The treatment methods are laughable, yet they go out of their way to explain them with on-screen text, which somehow made me watch it quite seriously. I was also impressed that the performers managed to keep a straight face throughout. Well, they might have had some outtakes and retakes, but still.

A phimosis treatment that uses vaginal pressure to naturally retract the foreskin is a wonderful thing for men with the condition, but it really depends on the partner. If it were Yuka Osawa, I'd welcome it with open arms, but... anyway, it's not exactly hardcore content, but it's not bad either.

The actress looks great as a doctor and is quite cute; I think she puts a lot of effort into her acting. The content takes a pretty ridiculous premise very seriously. You won't see any breasts, and it's quite different from your typical AV. If you're okay with that, it might be worth a watch.
