VSPDS-327 - Big Tits Caretaker: Special Hands-On Relief Service

A fantasy variety project set in the 'Pie Life' nursing center for the busty. Led by 'Naho Hazuki' as the director, all the helpers are well-endowed. Under the philosophy that 'big breasts have the power to heal,' Director Hazuki takes the 'sexuality of the elderly' quite seriously. During training, they practice hands-on nursing with real penises. There are four students, but for some reason, one has their face blurred. While the 'busty home helper' concept is good, the actresses don't seem to fully commit to the absurdity of the premise. That said, the ending—where the elderly man paired with Naho literally 'ascends' (dies) right after climaxing—is a rather dark, black-comedy finish.

Personally, I really liked 'Chikage Myojo'. Since Hazuki is the main focus, the structure isn't bad, but with this cast, I would have given it 5 stars if Chikage Myojo had been left to care for 1-2 patients on her own and done a 2-on-1 scene. Having two nurses for one patient just dilutes Chikage's appeal. In the end, it's just an average review—nothing special, nothing terrible. If you're a fan of Hazuki, you'll probably be happy since she does a proper 2-on-1 with the old man in the final chapter.
