As a man, you never get to see what a gynecological exam is actually like, but this shows it. Given the electric exam table that moves automatically for positioning, I'm convinced this is real footage from a hospital, not a studio set. The doctor seems authentic too; the way he handles the stethoscope, the speculum, and the way he cleans the area with gauze using forceps is too professional for an amateur actor. For those who value realism, this is a huge turn-on. Just keep in mind there's no sexual misconduct by the doctor—it's a standard medical exam—so look elsewhere if that's what you're after. Personally, I found the realism incredibly exciting. My only complaint is that the doctor's audio is muted, so you can't hear the consultation. I wanted to hear him asking about her sex life, age of first intercourse, and contraception methods. They should have used a voice changer or added subtitles. It was so realistic that it actually scared me, and I've decided to make my wife switch to a female gynecologist.

The first patient who appears is shockingly beautiful. Her face is gorgeous. People have different tastes, but she could easily pass for a former model or celebrity. She has long legs, a firm butt, and an amazing figure. The second girl is cute. Her skin is fair and smooth. She's a pure-looking beauty, and I was impressed by her too. Wonderful. The fourth woman is in her 40s (?), but she has a very beautiful face. She seems to be feeling it (?) during the exam/treatment, and her expressions trying to hold it back are so moe. It's poignant and very cute. The sixth woman is young and looks very serious. This is seriously dangerous (?). Being able to see this fair-skinned, serious woman in a 'medical examination' setting is shocking, or maybe just pure bliss... Overall, the content is good, and the image quality is sharp and excellent.
