The premise is that they have to do sumo while getting enemas, and the loser gets gangbanged by multiple men. It just drags on forever and gets boring. It's a disappointing waste of six actresses, sumo, enemas, and sex.

I bought this out of curiosity because I'd never seen a concept where they do enemas while sumo wrestling. It was decent enough to enjoy.

Last time, 80% of the cast were beautiful, but this time it's only 40%. It would've been a great release if there were just a few more pretty faces.

Since it was an enema-endurance sumo match, I was hoping to see them spray it out during the match, but that didn't happen. As for the punishment games, the last girl to receive one had a pretty hardcore session with tons of enemas and some 'reverse spraying,' but the others just leaked a little, which was underwhelming. Also, I was looking forward to the punishment game for Maho Sawai, who I think is the cutest of the bunch, but she ended up winning until the end, so she didn't get one. It was a letdown in many ways. Still, since there aren't many works like this, it might be worth a watch if you don't set your expectations too high.
