It's hard to tell due to the mosaic, but she seems to have a penis but no testicles, which might be why she doesn't get fully erect. If she had testicles, certain positions would cause extreme pain, so the lack of that suggests they were removed. Does the fact that she ejaculates mean she's more on the masculine side? Her voice is feminine, but men can mimic female voices without surgery, as seen with impressionists. Everyone transitions differently, so they aren't all the same. It might be hard to cast someone who has transitioned from female to male, but to keep these films from feeling repetitive, they need to cast a wider variety of types. I need to watch more to compare, so I'm giving this 3 stars.
