The title mentions anal penetration, but that only actually happens in the final chapter (the double-hole creampie segment). Personally, I found the first half—where she loses various games and has to masturbate or engage in group sex—much more arousing.

This is a double-hole (2-hole) work by Banana Asada, who mostly does Yuko Oshima lookalike or anal-focused works. You get to enjoy watching Asada lose repeatedly in various games, get treated like a toy, and despite her disgusted expressions, eventually succumb to the pleasure. Anal play starts around the 80-minute mark. Since it's a One's release, I expected no-mosaic anal, but there was a mosaic. In any case, there wasn't really any play worth watching without the mosaic. There's a scene with two guys sandwiching her with lower-anal double-hole piston action, and another where the second guy in a continuous creampie sequence hits her from behind while she's on all fours, showing the semen flowing out of her vagina during the thrusting.
