The first half wastes too much time on two consecutive, mundane scenes of marital sex with an old husband. There's no narrative necessity, and the content is just dull. The plot point where she agrees to 'do anything' just because she wants her new son to call her 'mom,' only to be treated like a literal toy, feels forced and lacks realism. However, the play itself is erotic—being forced to go panty-less and bra-less, or being made to change into a sexy negligee the moment her husband leaves to get ravished. The way the stepmother, initially terrified and resistant, gradually awakens to the pleasure of being ravished is portrayed quite erotically, thanks to the actress's performance. There's almost no satisfaction in terms of drama, but if you focus solely on the play in the second half, the actress's 'slave-like' performance makes it worth watching.
