XVSR-621 - Binaural Hame-dori with Ichika Matsumoto

The POV/self-shot angle adds a great sense of realism. It really highlights how cute Ichika-chan is.

I had high hopes since it's a POV work, but the camerawork is terrible and the face keeps getting cut off. Such a waste.

I watched this because it's Ichika Matsumoto's 'hamedori' (self-shot) with binaural audio. Whether you consider this 'hamedori' or 'extreme close-up' probably depends on your history of watching AV. Personally, it feels so close that it's more of an 'extreme close-up' than a 'hamedori.' Being 'close' is great, but it requires skillful camerawork. The film consists of three parts: rooftop humiliation play, love hotel play, and play at the man's home. Since it's binaural, the sound has directionality, which is good. However, works that use this recording method consistently get too close to the mic. This makes the camera position—intended for 'hamedori'—feel a step closer than natural vision, creating a sense of dissonance and causing Ichika Matsumoto's face to cut out of the frame. It's a typical issue; because the camera position isn't fixed, you get footage that feels like you're just moving your neck without moving your body, even if you're trying to immerse yourself (to put it extremely, the position of the male actor's nipples in the frame changes every time). On top of this, you have the mix of 'hamedori' (objective perspective) and 'binaural' (subjective perspective), so the more you try to project yourself into the scene, the more annoying the switching between objective and subjective becomes. Furthermore, even when not whispering, it tries to pick up sound from the left and right, causing the frame to shift unnaturally (shifting left and right while performing fellatio), which is jarring when the camera should be facing forward. Out-of-focus shots are unavoidable, but... the most frustrating part was the difference in approach to the subjective perspective between the first and second halves. The first half includes objective shots showing the male actor's face, while the second half is strictly subjective, cutting off half of the actor's face. Plus, the type of man differs between the two halves, leading to different camerawork, which makes it hard to stay excited and makes it feel like two separate works. Ichika Matsumoto shows a flow that would have been interesting if shot properly from an objective 'hamedori' perspective, but the subjective 'binaural' perspective makes it hard to watch. Simply put, 'the face is cut off exactly when I want to see it.' As someone who wants to enjoy watching her face, it's a shame.

*It was recorded binaurally and the sound was real. Especially in the second half, the sound was quite vivid and I was excited. I like Ichika Matsumoto's deep voice, which has a cuteness to it, and I like how she boldly licks while making noises, so I appreciate the focus on audio. If you close your eyes and concentrate on the audio, the excitement will increase even more, but the problem is that you won't be able to see cute Ichika. Is there anything I can do? I felt like I hadn't seen a gonzo perspective in a long time, but this is also good. I thought that if you wanted to create a sense of realism from this perspective, you could use VR, but I also felt that 2DAV had the advantage of being able to choose the perspective and communicate with the actress. As for the sex, the interaction in the second half was very good. She appears in knitwear, looking clean and neat, and when she stands up and sees her stockings, she looks like a naughty lady with a sadistic side. When she takes off her clothes and becomes completely naked, she becomes defenseless and cute Ichika Matsumoto. It was amazing to see him appear in so many different ways and attack with his binaural voice and sound.
