True to the rumors about it being a 'public toilet' theme, it starts with outdoor scenes right from the beginning, which are actually pretty good. The story is practically non-existent, so I think it's a work meant to be enjoyed purely for the encounters and situations. The vibe shifts a bit in the second half, and the 'slutty' feel fades away. Maybe that's why the 300-minute runtime felt a bit long.
