This is a re-edited work that compiles the 'On-Set Observation' series featuring three girls, while properly including the sex scene of Hotaru Mori that was being shown to Lara-chan. It's a pretty interesting structure. It seems like the scenes for the other three girls, including not just the sex but also the dialogue, are included almost entirely without cuts. It's a packed release where you can fully enjoy sex scenes from four different girls. However, in reality, Lara-chan is the only one actually 'observing the shoot.' The other two are just being shown the footage.
