The actress is flawless, with a cute face, slender and beautiful limbs, and translucent, stunning skin. However, as others have pointed out, the composition and camera angles are completely indefensible. They put effort into certain scenes, like the hospital location, so it's a real shame. Since it's not a hidden-camera setup but a consented shoot, they really should have put more care into the cinematography. The material and concept are top-tier, but the poor execution by the production team really stands out. Regardless, it hit my preferences perfectly, so I'm giving it 5 stars for the actress's sake. I hope the production side learns from this for future projects.

The actress is Miu Akemi. I'm sure there are plenty of men who like this type of face, and I'm one of them. However, the work itself is very lackluster. It feels like it was shot by rookie staff and a rookie director. The camerawork, composition, male actor, and the sex scenes are all mediocre. The lack of effort in the camerawork is especially noticeable. It feels like they just set the camera down somewhere and told them to do whatever within the frame. Because of this, you get shots where the actress is at the edge of the screen while the actor is in the center, or fixed cameras filming the back while they're kissing or performing oral sex. It really makes me realize how professional the AVs I usually watch are.
