Naho is famous for her massive rear. Much of her fame comes from works that highlight her voluptuous breasts and butt. However, things change a bit when it comes to live-action releases. Her cellulite-ridden butt, pigmented skin with layers of dead cells, and coarse body hair just can't stand up to close-up shots. Without the manufacturer's signature multi-angle mouth-shot, it’s safe to say this is a letdown.

I’m a butt fetishist, but I hadn’t bought the 'Big Butt Woman' series before. I picked this up because Nao-chan was starring. I was drawn to her curvy body and charming face, and before I knew it, I’d bought over 20 of her films. Nao-chan is a great actress, so she really commands presence whether it's a drama or a fetish-heavy production. The cover art is aimed at butt lovers, but I’m a bit disappointed that there aren't many angles that cater to that in the actual film. In that sense, I wouldn't recommend it to hardcore butt fetishists. The saving grace is the 'sumo-style cowgirl' position in the final scene, which is rare. Also, seeing her in outfits that emphasize her voluptuous body was a treat for a fan like me. The whole production basically relies entirely on Nao-chan’s charm.
