I think it's good. The set isn't flashy like a cabaret club, it's based on a hospital, which creates a strange sense of realism through the contrast. Mion's super-close, floor-focused missionary is a feast for the eyes and incredibly cute. Tsubomi feels like a third option, but I think she's the freshest and it's a shame. She has a really youthful charm.

The level of the three nurses is high, especially Tsubomi-chan was good. It's a shame, I wanted to see a 4P sex scene with one more capture added. The mood was at its peak with the 4P scene in 4 captures, but it ended with just Himari-chan's sex, so I wanted to see the continuation of that. Also, only Himari-chan had internal ejaculation as a special service, but wouldn't it have been okay for Tsubomi-chan and Mion-chan to have internal ejaculation without a condom too?

The quality is really good. I watched it in HQ and it was clean enough to make me want an 8K compatible device. The angles are also a lot of the close-ups that are typical of director Yazawa, and it's quite overwhelming when the face gets close. The first half features Kinoshita Himari and two other actresses. I think I'm seeing these actresses for the first time, and they were really good. Both of their fellatio scenes were hot. Even though one is the main part, the fact that the other one isn't slacking off is also good. And the missionary position at the end of chapter 3, the camera zooming in on the face is amazing. Oh, and the underwear was cute. Chapter 4 is essentially a solo by Kinoshita Himari. The first two are on either side, but it felt a little like they were just extras. That was a bit of a shame. Overall, I'm very satisfied, so it's definitely a ★5 for me. I'll probably watch it many times in the future. Because it was good, I'll point out some things that bothered me below. The setting wasn't so much a "hospital-like cabaret club" as a "cabaret club-style hospital." It felt a bit sloppy overall. And this is just a matter of personal preference, but since the quality was so good, I wanted to see close-ups of the actresses' nipples. Also, it was a shame that it was with a condom for the first two, but raw in the second half. It's a hospital, after all. Anyway, it's all fake fluid, and the image of putting a condom on a woman is erotic. Honestly, this applies to AV in general, especially VR works, but I don't like easy raw settings.

They really pulled off this unbelievable setting, feels like something only a SOD-focused studio would do. The last chapter is mostly Himari in cowgirl, I think. So many good scenes, definitely a keeper. I'm adding this to my collection.

If you're a Kinoshita Himari fan, this might be worth a buy. Total of 4 files. File 1: 25 minutes total, 9 minutes intro, 6 minutes cabaret club, 10 minutes handjob (with a loli character). File 2: Oral sex and more featuring 2 people other than Kinoshita Himari. File 3: Face-to-face, cowgirl, and reverse cowgirl positions with 2 people other than Kinoshita Himari. The 10-minute handjob might feel long to some, but there's definitely a demand for it. For Kinoshita Himari fans, the 4th file alone might be enough. The other 2 aren't bad either, but if one is a loli, I wish the other was busty. But the hospital bed setting just feels inherently erotic.
