I hesitated to buy this because of the poor reviews, but after finally watching it, I have to say it's very well-crafted. I've already enjoyed it multiple times. It was a great purchase.

I'm a huge fan of the 'peek-a-boo' style masturbation support series, but this entry lacks the charm that makes the series great. It's just a standard, soft-core nurse-themed image club video. The cast are all adults, and it just feels like a regular sex parlor. I think the appeal of the 'peek-a-boo' style is the amateur, school-festival vibe, the chaotic nature of seeing other customers and staff, and the youthfulness or clumsiness of the girls—but this hospital is just a normal hospital, and it completely lacks that cheap, trashy charm. Also, it's a very nice-looking hospital, but I can't tell if it's a sex parlor or a real hospital. The premise is too weak. The nurses aren't the realistic, professional-looking ones you see in SOD's nursing care titles; they're just sex workers in costume lab coats. The handjobs and blowjobs proceed so smoothly that there's no real excitement. I love this series, but I hope they stick to the 'JK school festival' route and just keep showcasing different girls in that style.
