Hitomi, a housewife struggling to conceive, discovers a mysterious creature on her wall. It forces its way into her body, taking control and leading to a forced impregnation scenario.

*The scene where her breasts were being played with by something like a net emitted by tentacles was erotic.
They should've at least included a pregnant belly or breast milk scene at the end. If there's a pregnancy premise, you've gotta show the belly. It's not like it's a cycle of birthing tentacles and getting pregnant again; just those two scenes alone aren't enough.
An actress with an incredible body gets ravished by tentacles. The tentacles are well-made and not bad at all.
I've watched many tentacle films, but I can confidently say this is the best one. In this film, Hitomi, a married woman, is attacked and violated by tentacles. Seeing her genuinely terrified and struggling against these alien creatures, only to be helplessly ravished, was incredibly stimulating. Her transformation after the violation—where her love for her husband fades and her mind becomes consumed by thoughts of the tentacles—was also brilliant. The ending, where the husband returns home to witness his wife being corrupted in body and soul by the tentacles, was perfect. Hitomi's final inner monologue was excellent, too. The film ends there, but it's inevitable that she'll be abandoned by her husband, and the thought of her becoming a breeding ground for the tentacles really got me excited.
*Hitomi, who is not blessed with children, gives birth to a tentacle child and is raped by the tentacles. This is the first time that a tentacle can impregnate a child, and the black development was good. However, Hitomi's breasts were so big that I couldn't get excited about them. The story isn't bad, but the actress was a little different from my taste.
