Even knowing it was completely staged, it was fun. The teacher's 'thing' (which is mosaic-covered) is huge, so the women playing the patients are in full-on serious mode. Plus, it's a creampie finish, so it passes. I'm taking off one star for the mosaic on the teacher's face, so 4 stars.
