The setup where she's distracted by her own frustration during the conversation with the doctor is good. That's especially true for a married woman when the partner is well-endowed. It lacks that raw, lewd desire to reach the climax at all costs. If she had gone wilder, with scenes involving bare feet, flashy lingerie, or garters, along with plenty of dirty talk, it would have been a 5-star rating. I hope for a sequel that incorporates these elements.
