Women are like a foreign land. No matter how long you live there, you'll never truly understand their ways. Takefumi and Yukito were enjoying their carefree bachelor life until a girl moved in. Now, things are getting complicated.
The narrative style isn't really my cup of tea. The man is always selfish; he just does what he wants when he's horny. Whether she knows it or not, the woman just uses her body to get by in the world. It’s pathetic and empty, but I suppose it’s realistic. I hate it when sex is interrupted; even if the intent is firm, once the purpose becomes that obvious, everything after is just a chore. Boring. It captures those aspects well. Sex is a part of life, obviously! But there’s very little dramatic substance here.
The fourth installment of a series that hides fixed cameras in a young couple's room to peek at their 'real cohabitation life.' This time, to explore 'new territory,' the setup involves a 20-year-old woman entering an apartment shared by two men. There's 'Yukito' (25), who brings her home without asking his roommate and bangs her repeatedly, and 'Nozomu' (20), who gets used and dumped by him. Then there's the landlord, 'Takefumi' (37), who ends up living with Nozomu by circumstance. Eventually, Nozomu and Takefumi also become intimate. The film perfectly captures that indescribable, languid atmosphere when they wipe each other off with tissues after sex. When young men and women live under the same roof, they’re going to eat and they’re going to have sex. Nozomu’s willingness to sleep with the guys around her feels like a classic modern girl.
