*It was a work that greatly exceeded my expectations in a good way. Most of them were mature women, so it's hard to say that they had outstanding looks, but they had the sex appeal and lewdness that only mature women can have, and most of all, the situations were the best. Works about nurses starring top actresses tend to lack a sense of realism, as you might think that there are no such beautiful nurses, but I think it was good that a actress who looked like a real person appeared in the movie. I didn't expect it to be this good, so I feel like I got a lot out of it. I would like to check out the other works in this series as well.

The premise is good and it's an enjoyable watch. I recommend it, especially because Muto-san and the final actress are both beautiful.

Erotic novels don't work even when read by a nurse. Hearing those typical erotic novel lines doesn't make me feel turned on at all. It's way hotter when they just use plain, dirty language. Once you hug the nurse, the erotic tension just dies, and it turns into a boring 'begging for sex' scenario. It's much better when the nurse gradually gets into the erotic stuff and it flows naturally into sex. The title says 'Sex Special,' but it's just condom sex with no creampie. Unless the middle-aged woman is actually attractive, it's hard to watch. Also, where is the 'boy' mentioned in the title? All I see are middle-aged men or big guys.

I love the nurse and patient scenario!! Is that Ayaka Muto? Both the skirts and pants are great, but the panty line visible through the pants is so erotic. The magic of a white nurse uniform.

It was exciting to imagine doing this with a nurse. It featured some famous names, making it truly special.
