These hospital-themed series were quite common on DANDY back in the day. The actresses in this one were excellent. Shibuya-san, Kodama-san, Morishita-san, and the fourth one—they're all great. Highly recommended.

Personally, I liked Rumi Kodama and Mio Morishita... Calling the other two 'middle-aged' is a stretch, they're too young!! Rumi's softness is top-tier.
