The sailor suit and nurse settings make no sense. I kept waiting for it to get interesting, but then it just ended. There's no intensity, and the actual action only lasts for a few minutes at the very end.

This is supposed to be the highlight—the connected enema—but they didn't film the actual ejaculation/ejection scene at all. The 'connection' via tube is nonsensical, and it isn't even actually connected. Even during the 'injection,' the water level in the irrigator behind her doesn't drop, which is a total mood killer. The spanking wasn't bad, but isn't the real appeal of this scene capturing the agony during the injection? They probably wanted to fit the equipment in the frame, but there's no way a proper injection could happen at that height. Personally, the lack of any actual substance is a letdown, but I didn't expect them to skip the liquid ejection entirely. What exactly is supposed to be 'maniac-pleasing' about this? Is it just my imagination, or can you really feel the director's disdain, like they didn't want to film an enema at all? If they were trying to cater to an audience not interested in enemas, they shouldn't have used this title.

There are barely any excretion scenes, so it’s pretty boring. One of the models had that 'hostess' vibe which I liked, but it’s a shame overall.

Cinemagic was one of my favorite studios back in the 20th century. I heard that recent rental versions are significantly shorter than the retail versions, so I rented this to see for myself. As for the content, while there is a story, the progression is so forced and rough that it's basically just an excuse to get to the erotic scenes, so I won't bother reviewing the plot. Regarding the play, Haruka Endo's anal exam worked well to build tension under the guise of a 'medical check.' However, the subsequent enema play was ruined by the sloppy storytelling, regardless of the act itself. The chair restraint and the switch to Ibuki Haruhi were just average. And as for the 'W Enema' in the title, I couldn't tell how the apparatus worked or what was actually happening to the women. It was disappointing that I couldn't even tell if the enema fluid was back-spraying. Maybe my opinion would change if I saw the unreleased footage.
