To start with the conclusion, this is a very disappointing production. As anyone could probably guess, the 'creampie' is simulated, and it's almost certain (99%+) that the semen is fake. I'm not saying they need to do the real thing, but they shouldn't lie about it. The video quality is high enough that you can easily tell even through the mosaic; it's not like the grainy footage of the past. If the main selling point of the project is 'creampie' and that turns out to be a lie, what else is left? Since they went through the trouble of casting a beautiful actress, I wish they would put more effort into making a quality product within the bounds of honesty.

I was curious about what revolver mid-insertion even was... Turns out it's just putting Mami on a turntable and spinning her around while forcing it in. Honestly, not even a little bit exciting. It felt like they'd tried everything and were just desperately trying something new because they were out of ideas. Poor Mami, that must've been rough...
