The image quality is crisp, and Ai is captured looking incredibly beautiful and sexy. I really hope they release a Blu-ray version. I highly recommend chapter 3; the cunnilingus scene is of national treasure-level beauty.

It's rare to see a POV film where you get a close-up of Ai Hongo's little-devil, sadistic expressions, so this is the best. Shots like her getting cunnilingus from the front, or her kissing face through the glass, are just so erotic.

Despite using a binaural microphone for an ASMR-like experience, the audio production quality is extremely poor. The balance is all over the place; you have muffled, hard-to-hear dialogue intercut with loud, post-recorded lines, and even raw pop noises left in the mix. I had to constantly adjust the volume just to listen, which made it impossible to stay immersed. The source material is great, but the sloppy execution is a real shame.

It wasn't as exciting as I'd hoped. The binaural mic looks like a giant spool or a taiko drum, which just kills the mood. I personally mix the L and R channels and listen with a mono earphone in one ear. If I use both ears, I can't hear my family approaching, and I need to be able to hide the erotic stuff quickly. Honjo Ai is beautiful with great skin and a good figure, but the 'molester' vibe doesn't really fit her. I think I would've been more excited if she had been more gentle. Only the facial scene left a lasting impression, more than the sex scene. Also, if you're going to blur the emblem on the nurse uniform, just don't have her wear it at all.

The POV is the main focus. The binaural aspect is just okay. The second half was a bit disappointing.
