Among the performers, the second one had great reactions, but I also liked the third one for the way she showed a look of inner conflict.

It's not NTR. It's a setup where he breaks into her house and forces himself on her. The Mihina Nagai part was good. The male actor's face is mosaicked, so that might be a plus for those who care about that.
