The premise is an assistant doing lewd things to 10 high school girls under the guise of a physical exam. The guy playing the assistant has no charisma, so even though the plot isn't bad, the execution was terrible.
As others have said, it would be nice to have characters like a female nurse appear. It would be perfect for a collaborative 'lewd physical exam' scenario. SOD Create and other major labels do that kind of thing. You can tell from the jacket and sample video, but I thought this was entertaining in its own right.
It's your typical sexual harassment medical exam flick, but the male actor's hands are delightfully sleazy. He really knows how to hit the spot for fans of this genre. There are plenty of girls, some cute and some with great breasts, but it's a shame the quality drops as it progresses. There were a few I wish had just gone home. If they had put a bit more effort into casting, this would have been a masterpiece. Still, a solid work.
It's fine that the assistant is a male actor, but it would have been much better if the doctor was a nurse instead of some old guy. In short, it would have been a perfect 10/10 if the assistant played the perverted doctor, the female nurse turned a blind eye to it, and occasionally joined in to perform a collaborative perverted examination.
