It's a fresh work that feels like something we haven't seen before. No super-cute girls, but that's actually fine. The scenes where the inexperienced girls try to move on their own during the act felt quite realistic.
As others have reviewed, a combination of a female doctor and a male nurse, or a male doctor and a female nurse, would have been good too. It is a bit unnatural to have only men during a physical exam. Still, I don't think the concept or content is bad. It's nice to see the students following instructions despite their confusion.
