The background is just white walls and a white ceiling, which is nice because it's not distracting. What's puzzling is that chapter 2 is a harem scene, but chapter 3 switches to one-on-one sex. The scene transitions just keep saying 'a few days later,' which breaks the flow and kills the mood. Is this pattern popular lately? As a viewer, I'm watching with the expectation that 'there's one chapter left, the harem will continue!'
