The setting is bleak—while he was away, the cousin he admired became a local cum dump, passed around by men daily, and even became his own father's mistress. It adds a bitter taste of lost youth. The fact that she chooses this lifestyle as an adult and refuses to leave her hometown with the protagonist makes the plot quite poignant. The actress uses her tall, voluptuous frame to full erotic effect. Her performance—comforting the despairing protagonist with oral sex and the way she audibly swallows—shows real acting chops. It's a slow burn, but the sense of immorality is strong enough to make it a compelling watch.
