After the previous entry in the series, the Nanami Nami version, took a weird turn in direction and went dormant, it has returned after a year. It hasn't just reclaimed its original charm; it has delved even deeper. The actress is in her first year of debut, and since this is her first work since transferring from S1, it seems to be her first creampie scene. The fact that there's no sense of awkwardness despite the high bar of director Kitorune Kawaguchi's pregnancy-themed works is likely due to the direction, but the actress herself must have good instincts or a natural talent for acting. While the basic direction remains the same, the setup where the biological mother hints that she will be impregnated by her stepfather is much better developed than the previous formula of just being suddenly attacked by him. The sex scenes have also shifted from a 'boycott' style, where she tries to remain unresponsive, to a more natural, pleasure-seeking style where she experiences mental orgasms in a depraved situation sanctioned by her own mother. The mid-game depraved play where the mother teaches her daughter about pregnancy sex is also effective; this is only possible because the mother is played by professional AV actress Miki Yoshii, not an extra. To maintain this quality, I hope they continue to cast professionals for the mother role. Personally, I found the setting where the second half of the sex happens after the pregnancy is discovered to be a bit subtle, as the reason for the 'mental orgasm' feels a bit blurred since she can't get pregnant again. I'm not a fan of the 'her mind has gone to another world' trope, but since the dialogue with the stepfather still holds up, it's within the acceptable range, and perhaps unavoidable given the rookie actress's skill level. While it's not a perfect score due to the second-half scenes (excluding the rookie's performance), the quality is more than sufficient for a debut creampie drama, so I'm giving it a generous 5 stars.

The mother's obsessive obedience to her husband, intertwined with her hatred and jealousy toward her own daughter, creates a twisted world unique to this production. The depiction of Mio-chan slowly breaking down amidst this madness, yet finding her body still responding, was so shocking I’m at a loss for words. It was my first time watching a Mio-chan production, and the impression was so intense that I felt an urge to watch something lighthearted afterward just to cleanse my palate—that’s how heavy this erotic-depressive drama is. It’s incredibly well-crafted and worth every second. Mio-chan’s performance was superb; she perfectly captured the teenage distance and disgust toward her stepfather, the complex feelings toward her mother, and the gradual descent into madness as pleasure and insanity collided. The chemistry between the three leads and the world-building is masterful. Without a doubt, this is the most deranged erotic-depressive drama of the first half of 2026.

I was honestly surprised by the move to Attackers. The long-running nurse persona is over, but why go for the 'humiliation' genre now...? From now on, I’d at least like to see her in the 'Adult Drama' or 'Yujo' labels. I love Mio-san’s face, body, voice, and expressions individually, but it’s a shame that most of her works don't align with my personal tastes.

This is Mio Sakura's debut with Attackers, and every bit of her acting and facial expressions felt deliberate and natural. I was so drawn into the drama that it was almost concerning how good it was. Her portrayal of losing all emotion while being violated, even to the point of being unable to make a sound, was perfect and really highlighted the dramatic nature of the film. Seeing her treated like an object right before being impregnated made my heart ache. It’s not the type of content I usually watch, so the bar was high, and I struggled to find the right moment to get off. If it's only these kinds of heavy works, it gets tough for the viewer, so I hope to see some mixed bathing or lesbian scenes in the future.

I was frustrated with the constant nurse role, so I'm happy to finally see something new. I'm not a fan of non-con, but the high drama kept me hooked. Watching her go from rejection to total corruption until she becomes a broken doll—it was guilt-inducing, yet I couldn't stop watching. I was very satisfied to see a new side of Mio Sakura, and I hope she continues to challenge herself with different roles.
