As others have mentioned, there were way too many close-ups of the penetration, which I didn't like. I prefer seeing the actress's reactions, so it didn't really do it for me. Maybe it's good for people who love close-ups of the action. On the bright side, a lot of the actresses get fully naked during the check-up scenes, which was nice.

8 was great, and since there was an actress I liked even more in 9, I bought it with high expectations... but I'm disappointed. The top-down angle I liked is gone, and it's just constant close-ups of the action. The actress I wanted to see was so cute, it's a shame they didn't show her face more.

There's this awkward 'gap' or silence in the dialogue that really ruins the rhythm. It just wasn't erotic at all. Even when it comes to fondling breasts, in the AVs I usually watch, they're moaning constantly, but in these 'medical exam' types, some don't even bat an eye. Since they are professional actresses, I feel like they needed better acting or direction. This nurse was certainly enthusiastic with the cunnilingus. Her physique was quite 'enthusiastic' too, though.
