Features of this work include: a real examination room and gynecological table, doctor-like dialogue and acting, the casting of an actress as a nurse, the natural acting of the actresses playing patients, medium shots capturing the actresses' upper bodies, and genuine, unreserved breast fondling—it's the orthodox content of a breast examination AV. And there is another reason that makes this work special: the presence of two mysterious men playing assistants. One is in a white coat, and the other is a middle-aged man in a dress shirt, black trousers, and a high-waisted belt. These two don't seem to be actors but amateurs, and they are fondling the breasts with unbridled, gleeful enthusiasm. Such casting is rare. In Chapter 1, the fourth busty woman is being roughly fondled and having her nipples pinched by the doctor and the assistants, yet she tries her best to answer their questions—it's a sight to behold. There is a brief moment where an assistant's hand slips while fondling and he fumbles, which is fun to watch. For the sixth woman, the sight of her breasts being kneaded by six hands belonging to three men other than her husband looks like she's being attacked by starving predators. Despite being bewildered, she prioritizes her health concerns over the immediate crisis and answers the doctor's questions as seriously as she can; it's an 'excitement max' scene that is rarely seen. This actress has a somewhat unique, slightly sagging breast shape and seems to be an established AV actress, so her back-and-forth acting is very skilled. Personally, she is the actress I recommend most in this work. In a sense, breast examination scenes are the pinnacle of 'legalized non-daily life' that differs from rape-themed content, and I am convinced that this work sits at the top of everything I have seen in the past. There are other beautiful actresses appearing as well, so if you are a breast examination enthusiast and haven't seen it yet, you should watch it immediately.

At this point, even when they try to make it look like raw sex, you can clearly see the condom. Honestly, nothing beats the stuff from before the 2010s.

The patient, the doctor (pretending to examine while penetrating), the assisting male doctor, and the nurse pleasuring the patient—this scene is great. But because I like it so much, I have some notes on the direction. ● I wanted to see a bit more of the patient's confused expression or interaction when the curtain is pulled back. ● The nurse's breast massage on the patient should have been more lingering and intense. ● It would have been nice if the nurse, comforting the patient, gave her a kiss to say 'it's going to be okay.' ● It would be even better if there were scenes of the assistant, the nurse, and the patient all getting involved together. Sorry for all the requests.

Like the person before me said, it was really good. But... while gynecological themes definitely involve elements of shame, restraint, and rape, you don't necessarily have to show it... and so stupidly at that... The worst part is the doctor role; what is this guy, is he really an actor? He's been in a few other works, but he ruined the whole thing! I'm deducting 3 stars just because of him, and another deduction for the staff who cast him and other useless extras. So, I apologize to the actress who worked hard, but my overall rating is 0.5 stars.

It was quite stimulating. The camerawork felt a bit lacking, though. The 'Koda'-san who appears in the curtain-open scene in the second half is great. Can someone (oh god) tell me the actress's name?
