Several actresses appear in this. I really wish they had researched actual practical training more. If they had used that to make the procedures look more realistic, wouldn't it have been much more erotic? The final transparent vinyl scene was somewhat steamy, but it's a shame that they used so many famous AV actresses for such a lackluster result.

Saotome and Komine are highly rated. The nurse in the final 3P scene was a scrawny actress I didn't care for, which brought the rating down. The first half, where they torment the nurse during training, is bottom-tier. The second half, featuring the interaction between Saotome and the fake nurse, is good.

Riku Shiina is in this (well, her name is...)
