The foreign actress probably got a huge paycheck, but she barely took anything off, her face was lackluster, and her performance was bottom-tier. Myu tried to carry the scene, but she isn't used to working with foreign talent, and the fear of massive breach-of-contract penalties for any NGs meant she was walking on eggshells, resulting in a total failure of a production.
