Up until around the 25-minute mark, there's face-focused torment while she's sitting in a chair. This is followed by an enema scene until about 50 minutes in, and horizontal suspension starts at 54 minutes. At 1:03, the wooden horse (triangular horse) appears, and the intense torture finally begins. They shake the horse and attach/detach connected clamps. From 1:20, there's breath-play involving a plastic bag over her head. At 1:32, we reach what is likely the main event: the hanging. A double-layered rope is wrapped twice around her neck, hooked to a ceiling pipe, and pulled taut. Her feet don't seem to leave the floor, but it looks quite effective. The actress stops moving with her mouth agape and eyes wide open. After nearly 7 minutes of pulling and releasing, leaving her in a daze, the rose whip strikes. Since moving only tightens the noose, she is left with uncontrollable tremors when she's finally lowered to the floor at 1:41.
