I think it faithfully reproduces the original. However, if you watch the video first, the story of getting a wife by blackmailing her to hide a work accident from the company feels too far-fetched. The whole thing takes place in a hospital room because it's about a subordinate of a hospitalized husband demanding her body to cover up an accident, and things escalate from there. The original goes from masturbation without the wife, to breast rubbing, licking, fellatio, and gobbling, escalating to a sex scene with a condom request at the end, resulting in unprotected ejaculation, but even that wasn't enough, so there were sex scenes before that as well. Misono-san is close to the original role, and you can feel the pleasure of having sex with such a young wife. The role where she has her hair tied up, like in the original, is also good, as it gradually comes undone as the sex gets more intense, and she even wears heels in bed, which is similar to the original. The direction has a certain depth to it.
