I rented 'Magic Mirror Adultery Sex' before and didn't really remember it, so I wondered if this one starring Misumi would be any good. But in 'Magic Mirror~', Misumi seemed a little too young, whereas in this film, she's perfectly cast. In fact, she initially sides with her husband and tries to oppose her step-father. Meanwhile, Ozawa in this film is a stark contrast to the reasonable man he played opposite Shiori Kyo in 'Husband and Child-Making Sex~'. He's a much more dominant character, but I think he nails the role of an old man who's both tyrannical and possesses the experience and cool judgment of a businessman. And Misumi is fantastic as she gets caught up in her step-father's rampage fueled by his son's betrayal. It's erotic to see a seemingly strong woman overwhelmed by her step-father's sexual prowess and reveal her masochistic side. Plus, the story is well-crafted, with the step-father saving the husband from the executives' plot, leading Misumi to completely 'fall' for him. Above all, Misumi's expressions are phenomenal. Her masochistic expression during the initial assault, the way she gradually becomes obsessed with her step-father... especially the final scene where she maintains eye contact with him for a long time while cooking is just incredible. Including the scene where her step-father kisses her hand for a long time after being asked to taste the food, it conveys the true love between a man and a woman after intense, body-fluid-soaked sex. I think it's probably the most 'loving' scene in Fumitaro Fujima's step-father films. I don't usually like step-father plots where the father wins over the son as a rival, but I have to accept it when shown such a wonderful scene. In my opinion, this is a standout masterpiece among 'punishment' films.
