Looks like it was filmed at a large event venue in Chiba! I saw a food container used as a trash can with a label showing an expiration date of November, Heisei 1, so it was likely filmed around Heisei 2-5. I'm sure all the TOTO 750 toilets are gone now, replaced by Western-style ones (they were all removed during the 2016 renovations). I used to own the DVD, but I got rid of it because I didn't like the image quality and the actresses looked a bit too mature. Now I want to watch it again, but I can't find it in any used shops. Looking back, the actresses are actually at a perfect age now. The highlight is the beautiful, busty companion in white heels near the end.

Judging by the makeup, cell phones, and cars, this looks like hidden camera footage from an event venue around the year 2000. There are some Western-style toilets, but the abundance of squat toilets is fantastic. The fact that it's a handheld back-shot and you can't see their faces is a minus, though.
