The lead actress is fantastic. Instead of just screaming, she moans and tries to hold it in, which really builds the tension. (Screaming like it's cheap just kills the mood and shows a lack of acting skill.) The disappointing part is the actress playing the aunt—she has a square jaw, an unappealing face, and no sex appeal. Plus, the scenes after she appears aren't particularly interesting either.
Since it's a female boss theme, the business-style makeup fits Misaki Shiraishi perfectly. More than that, I think the hairstyle in this film, with her bangs pulled back to show her forehead, is her best look yet. It's a shame the story is so cheap and the runtime is short; I also would've liked a proper money shot on her bangs at the end, so I'm docking one point for that.
