My favorite is the story broken down into sections: "A nurse on night shift is propositioned by a patient and gives in, leading to a close, sticky climax within the sheets, vigorous thrusting, and semen overflowing from the point of connection." The eroticism between the nurse (actress Sato Nonoka) and the patient (mosaic over his face, actor Shichio Kami) was exhilarating. I loved the eroticism in bed and the atmosphere of "what if we get caught?" It's unlikely you'd find a nurse this beautiful in real life, but the content was fantastic.
