As a POV production, it stays true to the POV perspective from start to finish, which is great. Part 2 of this series was an absolute masterpiece. I really hope they release one using the latest VR technology.

The casting of Kanari Tsubaki is great, but there's barely any dialogue. It's a shame because the series' strength is usually the 'gently humiliating the patient' lines. It would've been better to have three nurses, with Tsubaki as the lead and the other two supporting by mocking the patient's arousal. Also, a 'one-week ejaculation lesson' after the first wet dream would be fun. Day 2: 30-rep edging training to become an adult; Day 3: building resistance to stimulation with lotion and toys; Day 4: mental fortitude to not finish even with a double blowjob. It would be great to see the 'growth' process through these stages. Honestly, the graduation sex scene felt unnecessary.

This is the 4th installment of a popular series. I bought it specifically for Kanari Tsubaki. Her gentle vibe was so healing. If a hospital like this actually existed, I'd want to be admitted.

I don't think this was made with the buyer in mind at all. It's an experimental piece, but I imagine anyone who bought it would feel let down. At the end of the day, the point of AV is to get off. This film has absolutely no elements that make the user feel aroused in any way. I wonder if anyone who watches this through to the end would actually be glad they bought it? The actresses were good, though.

It didn't feel like an AV. Is it part of the sex education genre that SOD is doing on its own, or not? Tachibana, who plays Shinichi's primary nurse, did a great job, starting with her gentle expression in the opening. The BGM is good, too. However, this director—being in the SOD (AV industry)—seems to have a desire to resist traditional AV, making it feel more like a V-Cinema production. Even if it is an AV, it's like it's straddling the line of an R-15 rating; it's hard to tell if the director is trying to make a specific 'statement.' For example, in the 'virginity graduation' scene, they didn't show the penetration point or the insertion from that angle at all. Was it a creative choice, or was there another reason? Self-censorship? Or mandated regulations? It left me feeling curious and frustrated. I had a bad feeling that this is what it would look like if AV disappeared from Japan. It's a truly bleak world.
