SDDE-378 - Sexual Clinic Special: Virginity Loss Nursing Service

*It's true that the image quality is poor. Is this a work from about 15 years ago? Only Kyoko Maki. Personally, I felt it was worth the money. I guess I don't need anything else. The setting for virgin users was not necessary at all. The patient wants to be entangled with the nurse intensely.

I didn't realize Kyoko Maki was in this. Watching it now, that clinical, maternal vibe she gives off is actually really good.

The image quality is grainy. Also, for a Kashiwakura production, it's just a dry, mechanical performance with no real flair. The only interesting part was the beginning where she uses her own genitals to explain the different parts of the female anatomy...

It's the usual 'Sex Clinic' series, so there's nothing special content-wise—just a steady flow of sex. I like that it's business-like and lacks those weird, over-the-top reactions from the woman. However, even though it's not a particularly long work, the poor image quality is noticeable. Maybe it's because of the multi-angle? The high-compression look is just not great. There's not much handjob or oral action before jumping straight to penetration, which is a bit disappointing, but I guess that's just how the 'Sex Clinic' series is.

Aside from regular Hibiki Otsuki, Nanami Hirose (formerly Natsumi Horiguchi) appears, and the unique hook is that it targets virgins. As an aside, I personally love Nanami Hirose, but her acting has always been so over-the-top that I often couldn't get into it. However, because this is a documentary-style piece, her acting feels natural, and I was able to get off. Miwako Yamamoto had a similar case in her SENZ work, so maybe actresses with overly dramatic acting styles like Ryoko Murakami should all just work for this studio. That said, since it targets virgins, I was disappointed that it lacked the scene I love in this series where the patient aggressively hits on the fake-smiling nurse.
