Nagomi-san is just a side character with no action, it's mostly Kudo-san. That aside, the 'beautiful nurse with a great smile' setup is spot on. It's not just a costume; the way she handles sexual needs so professionally is strangely erotic—they really nailed the core of this series. However, the work itself is mediocre. Especially in the second half, the same routine repeats over and over, making it way too monotonous. The forced smiling was fine at first, but it becomes obvious she's faking it, which is a turn-off. Smiling the entire time you're doing it is just weird.

This series usually features real creampies, but this one is just simulated. They don't do the usual 'half-in, half-out' properly, and the mosaic is so thick you can't tell what's going on. Yet, the tip of the condom keeps popping into view. A trashy work that stains the series.

*Manami Kudo and Nagomi were both beautiful and very nice. It has a documentary feel to it, but since it's a fake story, I'd like to improve the tempo a bit. I would be happy if you could include some elements to entertain me. It is best to delve deeper into questions such as, ``Is her husband okay with a married woman doing this?'' It tends to be redundant, so it might be better to remove it as an element. The treatment scene is really nice. Manami Kudo is neither reluctant nor lewd. I like that the treatment is done naturally. Being “busy” is also a selling point. There was a crowd around the two people undergoing treatment, but I didn't want to see too many people as it would be distracting. I don't want it to get into the screen. In one shot, you can see that there is a queue. Once you explain it to me, the nurse, patient, and the next person will sit in the corner for a moment. Just being reflected is enough. Although it is a good work, there is still room for improvement, so I am giving it 4 stars.
