I love this series, and this one was great too. The acting of the patient suddenly 'flipping the switch' is excellent.

During the endurance part, she lost control, and the standing doggy style finish with a facial was great. The final scene where she cleans up after the facial was shot from too far away, so it was a bit underwhelming.

I watched this for Ruka Aise. All the actresses are great. As for the multi-person play I was looking forward to, there were too many 'calm down' lines and the thrusting was weak. Ruka felt a bit too cold, which was a letdown. It would have been better if it were more intense, but the facial cumshot was good. If you're going to have them fully naked, the nurse costume feels pointless. I have some complaints, but as a concept piece, the actress level is good, so 3 stars.
