Tsukino-san has two roles: nursery teacher and sexual intercourse medical nurse. She states that 'her strength is motherhood,' and while educating children at the nursery, she handles vigorous piston movements and iramatio for patients with paraphilias at the hospital. This is a close look at her days as she dedicates herself to both professions as a W worker.

I always finish with Tsukino-san's gentle nursing handjob. It's rare to see a handjob on small breasts from a beautiful actress, so this is definitely a keeper.
It's not officially categorized as a rape scenario, but with all the patient abuse and insults, it definitely feels that way. It's presented as a documentary, but it lacks a strong sense of tragedy and just kind of meanders along without much happening. This is my first time watching this series, and I'm honestly not seeing the appeal. Pretty underwhelming.
It's an AV, so what can you do? lol It's a sexy actress, so what can you do! It was a bunch of sloppy settings, but it's understandable for an AV. Oh well, it's about what you'd expect.
They should've used Nagareben instead of cheap costumes, but the nurse cap was good. The actress is amazing, so I wish the male actor had toned down his performance a bit. Honestly, the actress completely overshadows him.
If you interpret it as "a drama about a woman on the brink, who needs to constantly emphasize her femininity and motherhood to maintain her sanity," then the various settings and contrived plot points start to make sense. The constant need to give something to the other person (the repeated 'woman,' 'motherhood') stems from an inability to bear the emptiness within. The line, "Is this... my place to be?" at the sex clinic is genuinely unsettling. Viewers looking for a payoff were probably satisfied with the clear 'nurse' and 'daycare worker' settings. I appreciated the new approach with its dramatic flair, rather than just a violent assault and that's it. It would have been a 5-star experience if there had been a spontaneous cleaning oral act (hygiene).
