First-year production AD Karen Sato finally breaks, making her raw AV debut. Forget the rough cuts; this time we're delivering the goods in high quality. Witness the hyper-sensitive reactions and raw charm only a rookie office girl can offer. She claims this is her one and only time, so don't miss out.

The highlight is the final 3P scene where he ejaculates on Karen Sato's face while she's sobbing. I could feel the professionalism of the actor who didn't hold back even though the innocent-looking Karen was crying. If it had been a more explosive facial shot that even got in her eyes, it would've been 5 stars.
It's sad that this is Karen Sato's final work. She was absolutely stunning in the cowgirl position.
Whether the production team set the bar too high, she has a negative personality, or she's just shy, I don't think she can carry a solo performance. If I were to watch her again, I'd prefer a project with multiple female employeesโlike a year-end party or New Year's party series with the production team. I think it would be great if she 'awakened' to eroticism in a multi-cast office series. I also really want to see the return of the 'club junior' concept; the lacrosse and ekiden club episodes were fantastic!
The premise is unnatural and makes it hard to focus. That said, the actress is still cute, so I have high hopes for her next one.
The third installment featuring Karen Sato, a first-year AD at major AV studio SOD Create. This is the 'finale' to the documentary series following the 'Madonna' of the SOD production department. After the first film where we didn't even see her fully nude, and the second where they barely managed 'penetration,' Karen finally agrees to a 'formal' AV debut in this one. Following two rehearsal-style sex scenes, the latter half features the main shootโher debut and final performance. It's a 'lotion 3P' scene, fitting for a 'once-in-a-lifetime' AV shoot. That said, it's true that sex scenes where she's 'swept up in the moment' are more exciting than the ones where she's 'mentally prepared.' It doesn't quite hit the impact of the second film, but it's a satisfying watch just to see her debut.
