Is the work itself a documentary-style adult film? The actress has a pure, long black-haired look, but her demeanor and the way her eyes seem unfocused give off a strange vibe (depression?). As an adult video, there's really nothing to get off to. And then there are the messy issues surrounding this work. Ultimately, who is at fault is for the parties involved to argue about. It's already a gray-zone industry, but with all the recent compliance talk... But the actress's agency is headed by a doctor where she works? And the filming location was that doctor's clinic, and the actress is an employee there?! I don't have enough question marks for all of this! It's a wonder it hasn't been banned! It's a big world out there~ (laughs)
*The last ED patient that appears in the second half probably doesn't have ED. However, please pay attention to the scene where Rie Takimoto, with her beautiful long black hair, takes off her clothes at the patient's request. Sweat stain on the right armpit! This clearly shows the psychological state of this actress. If you don't miss this armpit sweat, you'll definitely be able to see it in the nude scene at the end.

I watched this after seeing Rie Takimoto's second work, curious about her state beforehand to confirm her purity. It's essentially a 'pre-debut' piece, so there's no actual sexโin that sense, as other comments suggest, it's hard to call it an AV. The premise is her role as a medical concierge helping an ED patient through hand-stimulation. She fails at first, gets tips from a former AV actress, and finally succeeds. Still, no oral sex. Finally, in an SOD conference room, the director corners her, exploits her guilt, and brainwashes her into her first strip. You can see her taking deep breaths and gathering courage as she removes each layer of clothing. Having seen her forced into the 'real thing' in the second work, watching this makes you appreciate her innocence and courage even more. Imagining what happens to her in the sequel made even just the stripping scene enough to get off to. This is meant to establish her freshness; it's only complete when paired with the second work. If you just want to get off, the second work is enough. 4 stars for her purity and courage.
It says Rie Takimoto is in it, but she only strips at the very end. The actress on top in the sample image does show a little action (she's actually kind of cute), but it's barely anything. I don't know how they got away with releasing this... based on the packaging, you could almost call it a scam.
