Medical concierge Rie Takimoto is back to push the limits of ED treatment. After failing to make her patient climax last time, she's leveled up her manual and oral skills. She's successfully 'curing' many patients now, but what happens when one demands oral?

*There's probably at least one person in your class who's a quiet person, but you're interested in him, and he's also the most popular. She is that type. The highlight shots are in the second half. Find out more about her background and take a closer look at her hour-long photo shoot. If this type of girl is your type, you should be able to do it.
*The actress was cute, but the only sex she had was gonzo... so it was hard to find a way to do it.
*The smiling hand job is really good. She is a cute girl with very black hair and a small face that gives a good impression.
Rie Takimoto. She looks like a pure and innocent woman. The premise is that she works as an ED treatment medical concierge and sexually comforts patients suffering from erectile dysfunction. At first, it's just handjobs, but she's asked for a kiss and reluctantly complies with a naive, bashful demeanor. Then she's asked for oral sex; she struggles and struggles but can't bring herself to do it. Afterward, she's persuaded by the director, sheds tears, and eventually gives in to having full intercourse with him. I thought her initial shyness was just a scripted setup to add depth to the scene. I thought, 'What incredible acting.' However, according to reports and her agency's website, there was no mention of full intercourse in the script, and the act was performed against her will. Regardless of the truth, knowing that background—thinking that it wasn't acting, but that she actually broke through her 'AV virginity' against her will—made me imagine a genuine kind of purity that's different from women who enter the industry willingly. It was strangely arousing, and I ended up finishing to it. In that sense, I think it's a 5-star masterpiece.
Watching from her debut, it's tough how they keep dragging it out without showing any sex scenes. I get that it's the typical Demand style, though. It spends about 2 hours showing Rie Takimoto's inner conflict and her improving her handjob skills. Finally, the first sex scene happens, and her sensitivity is actually not bad. The way she twitches during the act feels very real. The whole content is basically: 'It took this long to finally get to the sex scene.' Still, having only one sex scene is pretty rough.
