The premise of the protagonist having only six months to live due to a terminal illness is effective. The nurse, Sumire Matsu, knows this but keeps it a secret, and her performance—blending guilt, pity, and a sense of resignation that 'he's going to die in six months anyway'—is well-acted. While the scenes of her being ravished by the young man are erotic, the colleague doctor character was unnecessary. He serves the plot by revealing the illness, but the actor's performance was wooden, and the rape scene felt forced and abrupt. The ending is also a bit bland, just a simple departure. If this were an Attackers production, I would have wanted something more twisted, like her continuing to be ravished and then discovering she's pregnant after the man dies.
